Munck Carter Adds Andrea M. Swift to Litigation Section

DALLAS – The Dallas-based technology law firm of Munck Butrus Carter, P.C., is pleased to announce that attorney Andrea M. Swift has joined the firm’s Litigation section.

“Andrea is a tremendously talented young lawyer,” says Jamil N. Alibhai, chairman of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. “She brings energy, enthusiasm and fresh ideas that will greatly benefit our clients.”

Ms. Swift’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, as well as intellectual property litigation. Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Swift volunteers with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and the North Texas Teen Court Summit.

Ms. Swift earned her law degree from the Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 2007. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, public policy and political science from Southern Methodist University in 2001, and in 2005 earned a certificate in European Legal Studies from L’Université Panthéon-Assas in Paris, France.
