Bradley C. Mall is a Partner with Munck Wilson Mandala, practicing in the Litigation section.

Mr. Mall has more than 11 years experience in all aspects of litigation, including trials, arbitration, mediation and appeals. Mr. Mall focuses his practice exclusively on commercial disputes, representing a wide range of clients from individuals and small business to Fortune 500 companies. He has experience with matters relating to, among other things, patents, trademarks, copyrights, commercial contracts, officer and director liability, employment, catastrophic property losses/subrogation, construction disputes, product liability and business torts. Mr. Mall also has significant experience in bankruptcy cases representing both debtors and creditors.

In addition to Texas, Mr. Mall has handled litigation matters throughout the country, including multi-million dollar disputes in states such as California, Mississippi, New Mexico, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Georgia.

Representative Experience:

  • Successfully represented numerous clients in the prosecution and defense of patent infringement claims.
  • Successfully represented a software development company in theft of trade secrets and corporate raiding suit.
  • Successfully represented copyright owner in multiple copyright infringement suits.
  • Represented numerous manufacturers in products liability suits.
  • Represented numerous debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings involving foreclosure of secured debts, fraudulent transfers, recovery of fraudulently transferred property, business reorganizations, and officer and director liability.
  • Successfully represented shareholder in dissenter's right case, obtaining share value 300% greater than originally offered by company.
  • Represented numerous clients in multimillion dollar construction defect/catastrophic property loss law suits.
  • Represented numerous clients in employment matters, including enforcement of non-competition/non-solicitation agreements, racial discrimination, ADA liability and OSHA complaints, and "whistle-blower" matters.
